Business Law Clinic

The University of Minnesota Law School's Business Law Clinic is an opportunity for third-year law students to learn and practice transactional lawyering skills. The clinic calls on experienced business law practitioners in leading metropolitan law firms to provide supervision and mentoring in the student representation of entrepreneurs, referred by business development entities. The clinic benefits both groups it serves -- law students and their entrepreneur clients.
