The Minnesota Multi-Profession Business Law Clinic is an opportunity for third-year law students to learn and practice transactional lawyering skills. The clinic calls on practitioners in leading law firms to provide supervisory expertise and mentoring in the student representation of clients. Clients also have access to accounting resources. This multi-professional aspect of the clinic makes it a unique approach to legal education. The clinic benefits two groups -- law students and their entrepreneur clients.
