Welcome to the 4th Annual Minnesota Cup!

The Minnesota Cup is an annual, statewide competition that seeks out aspiring entrepreneurs and their breakthrough ideas. We are looking for the next great entrepreneurial success story in our state.

This competition is for all entrepreneurs, whether your breakthrough idea is high tech or no tech, whether you are just putting your ideas into a business plan or if you've been out building your venture.

The First Round Of This Years Minnesota Cup Is Now Complete

And wow...we were overwhelmed by the response to this years program. By all measures, this has been the biggest year yet. Unique web site visitors, registered user accounts, total participants & submissions, are all up by 50 - 100%.

Through early June, members of the Review Board diligently reviewed the submissions. Competition for the top 30 spots was very tough and many very good plans / ideas didn't make it to the second round.

For those that did, we offer our hearty congratulations and good luck 2008 Semi-Finalist as you compete for the final five spots.
