Mr. Goodwin has more than 25 years of financial experience in industries that include investment management, manufacturing, e-commerce, commercial banking and investment banking. Prior to joining The Hogan Company (Aug. 2005-present) an NASD registered broker/dealer, Mr. Goodwin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Vivius, Inc. (Dec. 2000-present) a healthcare services technology company, senior vice president and treasurer at Deluxe Corp(Aug. 1997-Sept. 2000); vice president and corporate treasurer of American Express Financial Advisors in Minneapolis; vice president and chief financial officer of IDS Bank and Trust Company; Vice President Municipal Banking and Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley in New York; Assistant Financial Manager of the City and County of San Francisco and Assistant Treasurer corporate banking and strategic planning at Chase/JP Morgan.

Mr. Goodwin is a graduate of Williams College with a BA in Political Economy, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Public Policy. He oversees all operations, transaction activity and supervisory functions of the Company. Mr. Goodwin is a Registered Representative, Registered Principal and a former Financial Operations Principal.

Mr. Goodwin lives with his wife Donna and two children Lindsay and Morris III in the Lowry Hill area of Minneapolis. Mr. Goodwin serves or has served as a director of the Minneapolis Foundation and Chairman of its Investment Committee and Twin Cities Rise!, a former director of Minnesota Public Radio and The Minnesota Orchestra, director and former Chairman of The Metropolitan Economic Development Association, and former director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of BMC Industries as well as Winthrop Leasing Corporation. Mr. Goodwin continues to be involved in many community, church and civic activities.
