Jack Ryan is a co-founder and President of Ryan Kasner Bialke, LLC, a professional services firm specializing in investment planning, business succession planning, employee benefit planning, retirement planning and estate planning. He is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a member of the national and Minnesota Association of Insurance and Financial Planners, a member of the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters, admitted to the Registry of Financial Planners and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Jack serves on several corporate boards including Security State Bank, Hibbing MN, Iracore International, Inc., Hibbing MN, Landbel, Inc., Fort Myers, FL and Ryan Kasner Bialke LLC, Hibbing MN. Jack’s civic experience includes the Minnesota Community Foundation, Hibbing Foundation, Hibbing Business Development Corporation, Central Mesabi Medical Foundation, Hibbing United Way, Hibbing Kiwanis Club, Chisholm Hibbing Airport Authority, Hibbing Economic Development Authority, Ironworld Development Corporation, Diocese of Duluth Finance Council and Iron Range Resources – Citizen Member.

Jack holds a B.A. Degree in Business Finance from the University of St. Thomas, a Charter Life Underwriting (CLU) Degree, and a Chartered Financial Consultant Degree from American College. A resident of Hibbing, Minnesota, Jack is married to Janet and they have two sons John and Kevin.
