Erik is a senior associate in Fredrikson & Byron's Renewable Energy practice area. Erik's experience extends across several core industries, including renewable energy, clean technology and biotechnology. He regularly advises clients in connection with financing renewable energy development efforts, particularly in the wind energy generation industry, and acquisition and disposition of renewable energy and clean technology assets. Erik's core focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and corporate governance provides renewable energy and clean technology clients with efficient and swift counsel on a wide variety of complex matters. In addition, Erik has significant experience with general business matters, including establishment of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, corporate governance, stock option and equity incentive plans, and general contractual drafting and negotiation.
