Beth Kieffer Leonard is the managing partner of Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP (LBLCO), one of the top 100 accounting and consulting firms in the nation. In her role, Beth leads the Firm’s commitment to client service and providing opportunities for both clients and firm members. LBLCO’s tradition of a strong entrepreneurial culture is continued through her leadership.

With her energetic approach to strategic business partnerships, valuable insights developed over her career, and an expansive network, Beth delivers client services with achieving the client’s goals as the foremost objective. Her areas of expertise are as varied as the businesses in our community though her primary focus is on privately-held businesses.

Beth received her Bachelor of Science Degree in the Accounting Program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPA’s. Active in several civic organizations, her leadership role has been recognized by numerous national associations, including “Women in Business Champion” for the Small Business Administration – Minnesota, and the advocacy Award from the Women’s Business Development Center in Chicago.
